Yep, I just did around 30 sit-ups right now but I’ll focus on getting around 350 pushups today

actually sit-ups are one of the least beneficial exercise for a 6-pack. they are more to help with posture and stuff i think.

planks are a pretty good way to grow abs tho, that and running.

but im lazy so instead of running or weight lifting i walk for 3 hrs and 20 minutes a day.

nah keto is detrimental to you if you want to lose weight
you need at least a bit of carbs in order for the energy

not eating can slow metabolism down, but eating less carbs is pretty good for losing weight.

eating things like pineapple is important too since they break down the amino acids in protein or whatever and can increase metabolism. (they also increases how long your erections last i think so keep that in mind later in life).

however you dont necessarily have to eat meat to lose weight, there are plenty of vegans who lose weight just as easily.

protein is a great way to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time, thats why i enjoy things like Cafe Latte flavored protein shakes from Costco.

a good amount of protein to lose weight is probably around like 60 - 80g depending on your age, height, and the amount of exercise you do. not only that, but proteins also fill you up longer, making your cravings go away (to an extent ofc).

keto is a highly controversial way to lose weight, as is fasting, so don’t think about it too hard bc they are both still pretty highly effective ways to lose weight. its just that the data is mixed n stuff.
