Very unknown anime, sick worldbuilding + decent enough story ruined by excessive fan service. But setting that aside, Idky but I can’t help but draw similarities from the anime and AO, probably coz both of them use greek mythological lore. For anyone who has seen the anime before, what do you think?

I used to watch Fire Force and they literally have a girl in the firefighting group who openly shows her breasts and the MC randomly squishes them for some fuckass reason

i watched all three seasons like 5? years ago and it was aight (liked the worldbuilding and loki is cool) although that fight with the minotaur at the end of s1 was peak
as far as the similarities to AO go, its only the greek mythology and like nothing else
i mean it depends on the plot really.
Just saying danmachi’s entire premise is ruined by excessive fan service
s4 and 5 dropped a while back, s4 was majestic and s5 was quite decent. Might want to check it out if you want.

I mean watch it if you feel like it, I ain’t forcing no one. Personally I loved it.
Favourite moment: When bell and ryu fell through the dungeon floor all the way from the 25th into the 37th you could feel the terror. They were completely powerless against every monster and it was terrifying coz they’ve been portrayed as some of the strongest (so far) in the series and they were hiding for their lives just on the 37th floor.

Welcome to modern anime. We have a hundred shows in total: fifty are slop knockoffs of better shows, twenty are disingenuous “satire”, ten are halfway decent, seven are solid but have questionable translations, and three are genuinely good.
Oh, and most of them will flash you some woman’s impossibly huge balloons at some point because someone in the studio decided that was absolutely necessary for the plot. Sorry, did I say “at some point”? I meant multiple times per damn episode. Also, half the time said women are literal children.
