White&black together creates a contrast so strong that any other detail that may be in an in-between state will go unnoticed or not look as good; With that in mind, it has to be the one with the black cape as it allows all of your other colours to stand out on their own without looking off.

Not so fun fact; shorter characters have difficulty climbing stairs. I wanted to use the Marauder’s Cloak on my Warrior, but he became so short he couldn’t climb up to the ship wheel.
They can also affect buoyancy, my character that wears Oracle Robes sinks like a rock.
