Players with more then 200,000 bounty can result in the Grand Navy using a strategy known as Sealed Island.
Grand Navy Ships surround the island, possibly 5-12 ships. This will make escaping a island much harder when the Grand Navy uses this strategy. Grand Navy soldiers swarm into the island, attempting to find you.

The obtained method is weird, like in lore all curses must be obtained by their cubes or by absorpation curse
Something i had in mind is a lost magic called “Rose magic” it’s just red/white rose petels with thorns in the mix, it has
above average damage
high speed
low terrain and structure destruction
and can cause bleed because of the thorns. And a lost spell with high damage that shapes the magic into a beast, something like magma beast or tidal dragon from AA
