Arcane Odyssey PVP Is Horrible

I love how this entire thread started in regards to shadow mage when mage is one of the worst classes in the current meta gfg I thought we’d be getting raked over the coals for the state of zerker

i dont even know what to say anymore.

shadow has 0.025x more damage, 0.1x more speed, 0.45x more destruction and 0.1x better clashing. from what you said, water has 0.05x more size, and 0.05x more damage on imbue… these stats do not equate. shadow IS better

I think one of them said they were a slow magic conjurer or something so thats probably why they’d see shadow mage stronger than it actually is (slow conj vs shadow mage is a nightmare matchup)

the guy who was complaining about people flying around as if this was a bad anime game moved away to match the cow

oh mage is terrible, but if paired with a fast magic its at least usable.

I’m a casual with 600k renown I know what this is all about, it’s just hilarious how threads about pvp here can’t even get into 50 replies without turning into a disaster

Anyway, im dissapointed why Vetex continues adding more stuff and “fixing” bugs, while roblox can’t handle complicated systems of the game and its size. Like… those bug fixes won’t solve all problems. I think game should be simplified from a technical point of view to save it as a stable game, and not what we have now and where we are moving on.

since we’re still talking about conjurer compare these stats with bleed (which will be ever-present on conjurer realistically)

Shadow:
0.95x damage
1.2x speed
1.15x size

Water:
1.064x damage with bleed
1.0x speed
1.2x size

raw stat positive. higher damage than metal’s self-synergy, higher size, and at a minor cost to speed. this doesn’t mention water’s large AoE increase in water, nor the utility of the soak status.

as aforementioned, on imbue, water is still the clear winner, as shadow’s speed is halved making the difference far smaller and less impactful.

you are dragging this on because you don’t want to admit that your point is simply null in this regard.
