With the knowledge given by @rat, we can deduce that the first line is actually taking about ambrosia which was mentioned in the Percy Jackson: The Lightning Thief. Ambrosia was made using Golden Ichor, which was the essence of the gods and would grant the person who ate the ambrosia immortality.
So, in short, the first line is about consuming ambrosia for eternal life.
