I’ve been sailing around the nimbus sea for 30 minutes in a server less thats than an hour old and found no castaways, not even empty platforms, did the latest update break them?
castaway spawns are fine probably, im just mad unlucky
found a single one
I’ve played for a grand total of 24 hours on my new character.
I’ve seen… TWO castaways.
In my old character I saw them nearly every hour.

i just joined a random nimbus server and found 5 castaways in less than 5 minutes wtf
I do think they are still broken along with ship spawns.
Sailed across the entire sea and all I found where the castways blocks in the same spots when I circled around.
And then when I joined a really new server they started playing quite frequently.

Spawns just seem to be wonky overall.
Food like watermelons and such take so incredibly long to spawn.
I haven’t seen a pirate ship in two hours.
I haven’t seen a castaway in the last hour I’ve played.
Animals have.. weird spawns, they aren’t really consistent enough to be interesting.
But chest spawns are perfectly fine.
Castaway spawns are awkward like usual but they are in fact broken in a different way. Castaway vendors/farmers on guild islands seem to just randomly break and disappear forever sometimes.
What a gream combo with them being hard to find
In a relatively new (<3 hours) Bronze Sea server I found 10 in like half an hour, I think they just stop spawning after a while like weather used to
Update on my playtime.
I now have 39.6 hours.
I have seen… ONE Castaway platform, a PLATFORM.
Even in new servers, I don’t see a single one despite travelling from Ravenna all the way up to Redwake and vice versa multiple times.
there’s definitely something wrong with them

I’ve sailed through both Nimbus Sea and Bronze Sea a double-digit number of times, I’ve seen a total of two castaways and at best four empty platforms. They gotta fix this, they are more rare than Mythical Treasure Charts.
