Most characters in game are the same height as the player, and I can think of 3 exceptions:
Iris
Argos
Kjartan

Iris is pretty well known to be very slightly shorter than the player

The girl at the ravenna farm is actually way taller than any normal npc
I think that’s just because she’s stood on top of the sand whereas players sink into sand slightly
I mean i compared the height by standing on the same level and she was way taller than me
You can’t stand on the same level as her though, she’s on top of something that players sink into. In fact, being on the sand is lower than standing on the nearby grass.
Cursebeard is only in the stories, but he’s big.
So is that macho guy at sailor slodge who talks about fighting styles.
Yeah I know that other characters who don’t appear in AO will be different heights (Verdies)
Also I am aware that canonically the characters are probably not mostly the same height, I’m just talking about the actual models in game.

You can find various skeletons ranging from big boy to massive.
some of the shark hall guards r taller than the player by a few stud or so
