I know that we’re not allowed to make suggestions about the storyline because Vetex already has that planned, but what about lore?

It’s technically not part of the declined suggestions list, but it’ll definitely get declined unless it’s something that fits with the existent lore, or adds to it in a way that doesn’t conflict with anything that’s already been established (or with Vetex’s planned concepts for expanding the lore).
There’s also a ton of new lore coming with the full release update, so it’s hard to know whether a concept will conflict with the update’s upcoming lore

If you want to make lore suggestions, just give him ideas to pick around in and expect no characters or storyline you write up to have a snowball’s chance in hell to actually end up in the game.
The decently talented worldbuilders around here could probably get snippets of ideas into AO with some serious effort, but aside from that, probably not.
