Just so everyone knows, this isn’t an entirely silly post, since I do have some knowledge about emergency services, so I could talk a bit about first aid and such.
if you were a first responder, how might you rescue someone from this?
surround it with cloud blocks from terraria then use a comically large blow-dryer to push him out of the portals

say i get hit by a car, do i still have to dial the emergency number or can i leave it? because other than initial pain theres not much wrong with me and im scared its not ‘important’ enough to warrant dialing the emergency number
Depends, are you seriously injured? If no probably not, but still try to check if you have internal bleeding. If you have been seriously injured, then try to call them if you can, even if you can’t talk to the operator there’s a good chance that they’ll dispatch an officer to your location to check up on you.
I’m not too sure what you’d do there specifically, but my best guess is this: try to search up signs for internal bleeding, haemorrhages, broken bones, or anything else that is serious and hard to tell instantly, since the pain can be due to getting hit, or it can be from a bone being broken and stabbing yourself internally, I think you can also go to a hospital for a checkup.
Can you get in trouble for accidentally dialling 911?
I’m not too sure about that, especially if it’s in America, but my best guess is that you’d get a warning or fine, but as I said in an earlier post it is designed to be hard to dial accidentally, but still check online for the rules in America.
im pretty sure its like that because its somewhat hard to dial by accident but still really quick to enter on a rotary phone

if it was a genuine accident, no, ive seen many stories of accidental 911 calls and even calls done by children to do stuff like ask for help on math problems and they werent punished in any way, however if someones consistently calling them to waste time and resources then yes they will get fined and even a misdemeanor
