It’s probably inaccurate, One of my frost mill charts said south west or east idr but It’s dig spot was way into the south and way too far from where it should have been.

The weird charting issues usually stem from the ground being covered another piece. They are actually much larger than the actual diggable area. Often times places that appear to be only at one range of an island actually span multiple
try getting lvl 2 darkness talent to not have to do too much
actually, the charting issue stems from the nimbus sea’s map being stretched, leading to it not lining up with the actual in-world areas, so explorer’s intuition will give you the wrong location to dig at.

i even got tricked into thinking i got the right chart location for the legendary treasure chart, instead i somehow solved another chart
has happened to me before, completed chart, got on my boat, next location was not yet revealed
pre fr when i was able to chat and helping some other ppl with charts in bronze (somehow kept digging at the correct spot as the first click every time cause i did charts so much back then)
guess im gonna do bronze sea for charting then
