Blood Disease Thread

The 5 +20% air capacity musgravites:

also sorry a bit of a bump. Your skin colour is determined by your magic when the dagger is used right? Theres no official information about this anywhere

Yeah, it gets a tint corresponding to the effects

Hi, I would like to know if I can stack Iron Leg and Melting. Would it be like if I use Poison grease on poison dagger or what?

5% more damage on the second hit for 20% less base hp doesn’t seem worth

Melting is cleared by Water Magic, Ice Magic and Snow Magic, and increases the damage dealt by most other magics, making it a good option for synergies:

I mean this

Unless they actually clear the effect, constant 10% damage isn’t bad trade off

blood disease status effect synergies are only half as effective

They really need to buff Blood Diseases because for Max HP reduction their really suck at their gimmick. Hell, even if Blood Diseases can have more possible effects, Weapon Greases far outclass them in every other way.

what if positive status blood diseases just give you the status permanently
then they’d at least be somewhat usable

I just want to know if like one smash damage immediately increase my iron leg damage or it simply deal extra damage

Also pretty sure that synergy doesnt really care about tier.

it only works on the second hit

Alr thats enough, thanks. Also it dont clear the effect right?

Hello, I’m trying to make an Atlantean build and having the correct blood disease skin color would help me a lot. I’ve been looking around to see if I could learn what are the 3-4 effects I should use to get it, and these images in your analysis are the closest I found.

If you could answer some of my questions, it would help a lot.

First, this combination. You used 4 effects to get here, but do you think it’s possible to reach this tone with only 3? Wouldn’t mind if it was even darker too, as long as it had purple in it.

Second, you mentioned that depending on your default skin tone, the color change could be different. Does this also happen if I change my skin color after I already got the Blood Disease? And, on that note, will having a darker skin tone already be enough to achieve that image’s tone with only 3 effects?

Thank you in advance. I’m asking because I only got one shot, and would prefer not to needlessly spend extra drachma buying a moly and more materials from the auction. Unfortunately I was hasty and made an insanity only infused dagger, meaning I can only fuse it with up to 2 more effects, unless I get more reagents. I even got all of the atlantean weapons and set for this, so knowing what skin tone I get would help wonders.

EDIT: Disregard this, since I’ve already succeeded in getting the skin color I wanted by using Insanity, Scorching and Blinding.

Heres my char with the darkest skin tone no tan

Heres the same combination disease i did as last time
Insanty-Bleeding-Scorching

So yes it does effect the diseases color also you can change to another tone if you dont like even if you already applied it

Ye thanks for confirming. Here’s what I got with Insanity+Scorching+Blinding btw:

Used a relatively dark skin tone for it too, and it fit perfectly into my Atlantean fit

do potency jewels work with blood diseases?

Yea looks sick mate, glad I was able to help wish we saw more atlantean ppl

I need some help right now, i applied a blood disease and for some reason, it didn’t change the color of my arms (which messes up everything), i am using four blood diseases, bleeding, burning, melting and poisoned, does anyone know how to fix this?

I’ve already tried changing skin colors and chest pieces but nothing has worked so far

Apparently from what I’ve seen… That’s intentional with a huge question mark.

There’s little to no information other than looking at what other people have done, and there’s a really high trend of unchanged arms, hence why I believe it’s intentional.

I pray to god it’s not, i mean the wiki doesn’t specifically say it’s a bug, but it looks so wrong it makes sense that it was a bug.
