1968 Camaro drifting on downhill
I suddenly remembered I was about to commit arson back in middle school at my school. It was due bullying reason but It somehow goes back to me
valid reaction
Love and peace!
Absolutely goated post-apocalyptic / sci-fi series. Nothing else has come close to the lore building and characters in this genre so far. (Yes I like both the 1998 and Stampede editions of the series. They are different stories in my eyes. )
How do y’all feel abo it the reboot? The least I could say is it has the best anime cgi I’ve ever seen
I loved it, it’s good they didn’t just do a 1 - to - 1 reanimation / remake of the original anime. Because of that they were able to make it unique enough to be called it’s own show, and make use of the visual expertise of studio Orange. I quite liked how expressive Meryl’s expressions were even with the 3d models they went with. The hate for the new series was really forced between people just not liking the rep associated with 3d animations in anime and the “unexplained” changes in the story (That makes sense once the twist happens at the end)
Also there is possibly a second season secheduled for 2026 called Trigun Stargaze. I have hope for another goated season
I’ve only watched a few episodes but I’m really excited to pick it up again but ik for some people we’re disappointed milly wasn’t introduced in the anime but I heard she’s going to be in season 2
Yeah I’d highly recommend you to watch it through :D! It’s worth the watch til the end, and it’ll make sense why Milly wasn’t introduced, Vash’s bounty is lower, and what not once it’s over.
Ohh looking forward to it then
The only thing I kinda don’t like with the reboot is how they left out most of the “western” elements for more sci-fi elements. But to be fair, it was the author himself who didn’t want a 1:1 adaptation.
And also Vash’s revolver, for me, the 98 anime adaptation is the peak, better than the manga even. And in TriStamp it’s whatever this huge bulky .22 lr and looks too complex (again for the more Sci-fi aesthetic)
Trigun my beloved, me and my friend are really into Trigun and look for more content about it. Other than Trigun I also very into Gungrave but I really doubt it gonna end well again
I heard the original vash didn’t do so well in Japan due to its western elements but did really well in the us
Yep. Gungrave also suffered from this with it’s western and mafia focused theme (success in western world, but failure in Japan)
Tbf, It’s also a reflection to the author being sci-fi author first. If you look at works he done after Gungrave, like BBB, it’s pure sci-fi
I have a rather too much self-hatred inside me, especially in forcing myself to be good at something.
Any tip for practicing patience? I feel like wasting my time loathing too much on hating myself for not being good enough than actually practicing the thing I need to be good at
God… I think I played video game (Road of the dead to be exact) a bit too hard and made myself hard to breathe and uncontrollable heartbeat.
