Boss idea: King Midas

Storyline: You are informed that merchants ships have been reported missing (NOT COOL!!!) after going to Crete, you are then informed that the ruler of Crete is King Midas, a powerful mage that posseses the Gold Curse, one of the metal curses. Upon arriving at Crete, you see that the island is plagued by gold (not good) and some of the people of Crete have been encased in layers of gold (drip). You go to the tavern to find out what sudden disturbance could’ve caused Midas to turn everything to gold. Upon entering you see frightened civilians and some of their phrases would be “WILL HE EVER STOP?!?!?”, “This island will die before he stops” And “Without the merchants from other islands, we have no food.”. You ask the bartender what has happened and he responds saying: “we don’t know, one day he just woke up and decided to attack us. Please stop him.” So u gain the quest “Defeat Midas”, you go up to his house/castle and the battle begins.

Moveset:
Golden Uprising!- multiple stalagmites made from gold burst up from the ground beneath you, and impale you (if they land)

Golden Encasing!- he flashes towards you and touches you, Encasing you in a layer of gold for 5 seconds. He cannot use this frequently however

Gold Bombs!- he summons five golden spheres around his head and shoots them towards you one by one.

Gold Explosion!- a huge gold magic explosion with duration at 5.

Gold Beam!- self explanatory

Drops:
Midas’s crown- a golden crown once worn by the curse user Midas that boosts its users power

Midas’s toga- A beautiful white toga with gold stripes around the neck that was once worn by the powerful curse user Midas

Midas’s leggings- these white and golden leggings were once worn by Midas (they look similar to wizard leggings)

Encasing lost spell: this spell allows it’s user to flash towards their cursor and make a small explosion using their magic. Anyone that got hit by this magic would be stunned for a certain time period.

Storyline afterwards: you return to the bartender and tell him that you defeated King Midas (swag moment). He says that Midas must’ve gone mad because of the certain disturbance King Midas must’ve sensed, that’s why he wouldn’t let any merchant ships into this town. He was worried for us.

Side notes: if you circle the waters around Crete you will find The ships of the merchants lying in the water, these will contain chests.

The structures he turned to gold are not fully golden but have a sort of plague of gold on them, similar to a drop of blood on a sheet of paper ( I am not suggesting that it is a blood like decal, more so that they have a similar contagion effect)

Okay, but then why did he attack his own people? Good quest suggestion tho.

Honestly, suggesting boats and stuff affecting the storyline kinda never works, especially when we dont know anything about said storyline.

It’s not bad but it’s not worth suggesting when the storyline is totally unknown to the community, since anything conflicting with what’s planned most likely won’t be considered.

@liu banned suggestion.

sorry iuayo I luvya man (no homo) but these suggestions ain’t allowed
