Wizard armor and amulets can be obtained by collecting a bunch of chests, finding a merchant NPC that sells them, or by trading
When enchanting those items you should really only keep the powerful and hard enchanted ones

Here is an example of a finished build.
Just about every build has the same items, but the enchants and third accessory vary.
The items everyone should have for their builds are:
Wizard robes and pants (Powerful or hard) OR Sunken Chestplate and Leggings (Powerful or hard)
Power amulet dull (Powerful or hard)
Defense amulet dull (Powerful or hard)
Wizard hat (Powerful or hard) OR Casting speed amulet dull (Powerful or hard) OR Sunken helmet (Powerful or hard)
You can get the amulets and wizard gear from merchants and chests, and the sunken stuff from fishing (Not recommended unless you want to no life fishing)
