What were you doing before bug occurred: Playing the game as normal
Steps to reproduce: Equip the Sailor’s Headband, then charge your magic energy with it.

You can see that the magic energy also channels above your head like a ball. This doesn’t happen if you take off the headband, and this was a bug that was present from the 4th of July items.
