It’s an excellent Arabian food that’s traditionally basically ground beef that’s made into like a cylinder shape ish, and is either baked or grilled, they taste absolutely amazing and are usually served with rice, pasta or in bread. I heavily recommend you try it, it’s kinda like meatballs but so much better
