Riiiiiiiight not like silas was imprisoned after running the phakin gauntlet two weeks after he escaped the order. In game the timeline is like 2-3 months (one of which was spent in the eternal mines) and in that time we went from rusty katanas and pistols to first awakening carrying the soul of a god.
Eh whatevs im going to give people advice on working out in that one thread.
you can help this by dming this guy mrcricket._ (@mrcricket._) on discord, he made this video as well as the vs battles profile. It’d be nice if theres more supporters helping his cause.
To be fair, being undead without much of your mind left screws you over a lot. We’ve seen this with Caesar, and there’s a good chance it’s the same case with Ramses.
Also, do you know if Ramses actually had the sand curse back then? Lore doc only says he got revived. Good chance there was still some of its power left in him, but I don’t think Dur–ahem, Acheron would’ve just left the curse with him.
also theos…yeah, pk had to survive 10% of theos’s power, no denying that lol (yeah you had to beat the boss but it’s theos. getting him down to 0 wasn’t beating him, it’s just making him stop beating you)
wasn’t it because of that annoying fricking tornado that he kept summoning
The living one had a mind, self-awareness, and could probably get more creative with their attacks.
The one we have now is a mindless, decaying husk of a dude without much self preservation (he doesn’t really dodge). Unfortunately, it’s also got the lazarus cur–BLESSING, I was saying blessing. And we already have one example of how absurd that can quickly spiral out of control.
Of course Caesar takes the cake against crystal boy! Good chance you see how absurd his Damocles Sword of Doom and Despair scales whenever he gets it by an attack. With crystal man using their multi-hit AoE every two seconds? Sorry, it’s over.
And jumping back to topic, I dunno. It feels like Ramses only having remnants of his curse makes more sense than Verdies being stronger than a curse user.
Oh yeah, he squared up with Trigno before getting absolutely sent to the heavens by that stupid fricking tornado Argestes sent. Though, uh, I don’t think he was necessarily winning that battle. Pretty sure the ship was covered in magma when we’d found it in AA.
The fact he lasted against tringo and wasn’t instantly melted is honestly impressive. But yeah the peace keeper has some crazy feats all before their first awakening
