"Defeat The Exiled" Villian Objective Can Be Completed As A level 50

What were you doing before bug occurred: Ran around and found the exiled. Was underleveled so I thought I couldn’t progress in the story if I killed him. Fought him with people and won, then I got the completed objective notification and was confused.

Steps to reproduce: Fight and defeat the exiled below level 60, the story will progress you for some odd reason.

to add onto this you can track the bosses before you press track. they appear as dots on the map like if you did track them

Yeah this is basically for every quest. You can complete the quest even when you don’t have the required level
