Did the Dark Sea always exist? Are there two epicenters?

Nope he didn’t (at least it isn’t mentioned in the lore), which is weird but i think that the event was so big that when Chaos came (if he even did), he didn’t find anything.

This has always been on my mind. Did the dark sea always existed during the events of Arcane Adventure? Or was it created from Durza’s second attack ‘Wrath of the Gods’? Or did the dark sea always existed but it was made worse by his second attack?

dark sea has existed since like Y1054 following the fight between durza and theos causing the fracture, which saw the world effectively be ‘fractured’, aka landmasses collapsed and moved from eachother, millions died and the dark sea became a natural barrier that effectively prevented anyone apart from the strongest from travelling between sea clusters

So wouldn’t that mean there is another large and even WORSE crater somewhere in the dark sea?

It’s never been stated that the 'Wrath of the God’s affected the Dark Sea (although it probably did seeing as it reached the war seas). It mainly affected the Seven Seas, since that was the site where Durza died and exploded 3 seas.

I’d like to think that the Fracture entirely missed Theos, so Durzacheron decided to have a full, no-need-for-aim explosion against PK at the cost of Fracture strength, and that’s how WOTG came to be
