just look at king david. he uses a move called fire rocket sometimes and it’s a flight spell.
He doesn’t actually move around with it, he just hovers for a bit right before he inevitably one shots you.

something to note is that the footage in that video is not how flight will be when its available to players, it’ll be akin to that, but not exactly. same with stuff like beams, they’ll be changed when we have access to them
Definitely assumed there would be alot of changes to the spells. Beams are literal lasers from that footage.
