I think this game takes place like 1000 years after AA so it’d make sense for there to be ruins everywhere
according to the lore, the continent magius was raised from under the sea via the earth curse by the peacekeeper so that ship couldve very well been a sunked ship that got raised along with the landmass
The peacekeeper (your character in AA) rose the continent of magius from the seafloor after durza was defeated, around 2000 years ago, the whole landmass used to be the bottom of the sea, which is why there is 2 boat ruins
basically everyone in the seas moved to magius after that
