I do think there would be some sort of homophobia, but it would be different compared to the type were used to now. People cant exactly use religion, and even if they did the ancient greek religion is the WORST possible choice for homophobes because every major male god has had atleast one male lover [excluding heaphestus and hades i guess].
I do agree that it would be based more on genetics and magic more then anything, but also, the hell are you gonna do when an ultra powerful mage who can snap your kingdom out of existance decides they want to marry someone of the same gender? not allow them?
