Does swift on sunken sword affect rising tide's cast speed?

title says all

no clue

then why reply

I-

No
Swift lowers stamina cost i believe

still better than strong

you take that back

For pvp yeah

no bias here

not in world of magic
swift only reduces stamina consumption and increases slashing speed

does this imply that swift on weapons reduces the startup and either/or the endlag in ao

according to inferno (who knows this way better than i do), theres less startup, which means the skill ends faster (so kind of the same thing as less endlag) and the cooldown starts sooner (since you finished the skill faster and cooldowns start after using it, not as soon as you press the key)

kinda confusing as startup and endlag aren’t really the same thing but I get what you mean

no it justs saves stamina if it was faster it would be dumb (based off in wom)
