Are you basically asking if matter in the AU is also composed of atoms that form elements?
If that’s the question, I would be a little confused as well, since the lore says that it’s spirit energy that forms planets here.

There might be a few more elements than we have, but yeah the periodic table should still exist. Some of the more recently discovered elements might have different names though since they wouldn’t be named after the same places or people.
