Yeah fair enough.
Keep doing what you are doing ![]()
“Absorbing a curse with the absorption curse does not give you the curse’s power”
okay, then what are the curses for?
wtf was durza doing then. Theres literally a plot point of him absorbing the sand curse then giving it’s… essence basically to the corpse of the previous user
It’s literally in the lore he used many curses during that fracture with those curses being lost from it like the lightning curse!
ALL the curses that durza shot out are lost??? PERMAMENTLY??? MY FUCKING EXPLOSION CURSE NOO!!
I don’t think so. Donar has the lightning curse, so they can’t be lost permanently. He just lost them (like how a curse user loses theirs when they die).
Not all but all the ones in use
And they weren’t destroyed. They were released from him
basically in AO lore, being strong doesnt make you obscenely durable like superman or something, bullets and blades dont just bounce off your skin and what not
having more magic energy does make you more resilient to magic based attacks tho
But if you level up then you take less damage.
Unless you’re a curse user or theos of course
“With the sole exception of Theos, The War Phoenix of course”
Actually, maybe it’s just that having more magic energy makes you less vulnerable to magic aura attacks (and spirit for some reason), but physical damage is not changed, so a gut punch is a gut punch.
You get it lol
That must be the answer to the question of why so many mages carry armor around then.
Although, dashing around in a metal scrap all day contributes to the growing problem of Mages Smelling Like Shit.
I guess so but a gun sounds better in an overall aspect
So as it turns out, metal mages are the meta both ingame and in the lore then. They get to have free armor against lesser weapons.
That Viking dude may of been onto something
bruhhh what happened
