Ending of ghost's quest?

Is the “Blasphemous dagger” you are given at the end of Cazael’s (or whatever his name is) quest in the game yet? if so how do i use it?

It has been added, but you may need to rejoin the game to get it after you turn in the quest.
When you use it, a chaos aura will start forming around you, and after a bit, chaos will create a high damage explosion around you. The explosion will kill you unless you hold out a gem when it happens. The gem will be destroyed, but you will gain ~+15% damage for 2 minutes.
