Once a cleric in the earlier days, he grew his aptitude of channeling spirit energy through his unique relic, the Staff of Smite, which he uses alongside his Cloud Magic. Loyal to his leader’s ideals, he zealously aids in accomplishing her goals, even it means carrying out orders deemed highly questionable amongst the Navy.

Known by tales of old told in the Nimbus Sea as the cruel Tempest Queen, Queen Cornelia II was the tyrannical ruler of Stormgale Kingdom who held an iron grip over the Nimbus Sea. Once was the user of the Storm Curse, she conjured the permanent thunderstorms of Makrinaos, raging with tornadoes and flashes of yellow lightning.
