All of these are axioms and theorems, if anything is found in contradiction of them it is by definition not math

And his incompleteness theorem means that poll 1 is false, the halting problem means poll 3 is true, and poll 2 is true by virtue of the mechanics of proof by contradiction. These arent polls they all have objective answers

“No system can demonstrate its own consistency” does not mean “math has inconsistencies” it means “any self contained system of proofs and axioms cannot be used to demonstrate the consistency of said self contained system of proofs and axioms.”
This is true when you have a completely hard set of rules (like idk some kinds of game theories) but in practice on the extremely rare occasion that an inconsistency is found in math the rules are subsequently changed so as to resolve it. Hence my comment on “the nature of proof by contradiction” as finding an inconsistency would promptly lead to it being resolved
Actually i guess that would mean poll 2 could be considered either unknowable or true depending on your definition of math
