I got inspired to build something again and since I already have a personal Cassia Bay build, this time I’ll be using Eastern Reaches to build my next mega terraformed base. Now instead of keeping my build progress a secret, I wanted to document its progress since I realized that my two other mega builds weren’t documented.
This led to the first one, being my Cassia Bay personal build, forgotten by me on how I actually built it overtime, and the second one, being The Drachma guild build, being potentially forgotten as well since my friend who owns that guild no longer plays arcane odyssey. So to somewhat save my legacy in this game, I wanted to create this thread as a way to show progress and as well as showcase its final result once I reach that point.
With all that said and done, I’ll be archiving progress with the most recent state being what’s shown as the big picture.
I don’t think I’ll do that though I do plan on having a hill of some sort for the castle keep. Also since Eastern Reaches has a ton of terraforming limit, I’ll probably add an arena where Gruneia would be known for, a gladiator fight as entertainment.
The island terraformation is complete now though I’m sort of disappointed with the final result. Main reason being that there are huge empty spots that I don’t know what to fill with, so I’m hoping that we get more buildings and nature decorations in the future…
Sparsify your decorations to spread them across the island as camps at specific points you’re at often. Even Sameria’s dockyards don’t have that much cargo.
(Not tryna be rude it just seems like there’s a really dense deco over there
Oh I’m putting the build on hold for now, I plan on adding trees to the build if Vetex ever adds them as decorations or terraforming option. Right now I just don’t have the motivation to work on it again considering there’s very few building options currently, honestly I don’t know why Vetex didn’t even bother adding nature related buildings for terraforming when he already has models for each biome type.
Ok so uhhh update on this, I’m gonna scrap this idea and possibly save it for Vimir Sea’s largest wilderness island. For now, I’ll completely rework Gruneia into similar to what I did for The Drachma’s Cassia Bay guild build.
For context on what I built for that guild, it’s basically inspired from the Soul Future towers in the anime Zenshuu. Basically I’ll be building that again with some additional stuff to it as well, possibly also reworking some of the parts such as the grand entrance being the strairs leading to the bustling market of the historical site (The middle is supposed to have a belief that one of the greek gods are inside and sleeping in).
The main land is done along with decorations and stuff, also renamed it to Grauna since roblox doesn’t like the made-up name I gave it…
There’s some empty spaces between the Adventurer’s Guild and the arena since I’m saving them for when the new developers add the guard post structure that helps in defending islands.
