#2. Magic Jump numerical CD not synced with Visual CD

Steps to reproduce: *Consistently able to reproduce, when you use the first jump it sets off the cooldown (which I think it should be this way for issues I’ve previously discussed), but the visual cooldown only is set off after the last jump.

#3. (Not sure if it’s a bug or not) Beam costs more than blast and the same as explosion spells, beams should cost less than both

Steps to reproduce: Play the game—actually, somebody discovered that the cause is most likely the fact that when you kill MC guards they don’t respawn, also many people report pathfinding error spam in F9 logs
