-Pistol only: Ricosheting bullet
“Fire a bullet that reflects off solid surfaces into your targets”
You shoot a bullet that if it hits a solid surface it reflects to the closest enemy to it, if there are now enemies in range it just bounces off the surface.
Deals decent dmg and can hit enemies without bouncing off a surface first.
-Multi pistol only: Trigger Frenzy
“Fire your guns in all directions”
Kinda like shining cycle but slower and bigger
-Rifle only: Anticipation
“You prepare yourself for the enemies next attack, when hit dodge the attack and fire at the target”
A counter, you enter a stance for 1.5 seconds, when hit in it you dodge the attack and fire automatically at the target. If not hit you get endlag for 1 second.

I like the idea, although the ricocheting bullet should have a limit, maybe like 5 ricochets? also, it should lose some damage per ricochet.

The trigger frenzy is kind of weird, you should try to explain in other words and more clearly.

Anticipation: It’s too OP in my opinion, you get immunity for the next attack plus an easy hit when the target is on endlag.

I agree, i didn’t focus much on that since most combat is in open areas but of course it’d have a limit, tho i’m thinking only 3 ricoshets.

Basically it’s a self aoe move where you spin and shoot in all directions, tho it has a limited range and multihits.

The way i think it should be used as a tool for dodging more than anything, with low dmg and high cool down and/or big endlag.

So… you either stand there for 1.5 seconds doing nothing, or you stand there for 2.5 seconds and get hit?

It isn’t a guarrantee hit it just autotargets enemies, it won’t connect if they’re far enough or Moving.

Ever seen a counter in a video game? You visually posé, if hit during the pose period the counter is successful, if not you get punished by being left open to attacks.

what if we had reaper’s ult from overwatch as a dual pistol ultimate art, and no, it’s not an auto hit zone, you just shoot a bunch of projectiles around you with small size that can individually hit

Before going into more complicated skills, could we have at least one decent projectile skill for flintock to make it actually playable?
A normal one, like a weapons counterpart of magic/spirits blast.

The ricoshets can act as that if you choose to hit the enemy directly instead of a surface.

Probably gonna make the dual pistol make it so you leap and and fire into the ground below you while spining

I think what they mean with trigger frenzy is basicly reaper’s ult from overwatch , you shoot all around you in a radius

No more like double the size of a shining cycle but it lasts for like 2-3 seconds

Anyone got any ideas how to better explain these skills?
