Proposal

There should be a way or a system that allows Jewel, Cooking, and alchemy EXP to be a global thing for all files. This allows the player to not have to re-grind it all over again on different files and making players demotivated to use other files because of this.

As in global, I mean like your EXP that you’ve grinded for a file will now transfer to all files so now you’ll have perfect level’s on all files or if you have like 100,000 cooking, you’ll have 100,000 cooking EXP on all files that you own on the account.

Details/background on your proposal

Example:
You have
Main File:
100,000 Alchemy XP
100,000 Cooking XP
100,000 Jewel XP

What happens to all other five files:
100,000 Alchemy XP
100,000 Cooking XP
100,000 Jewel XP

Basically, all your XP transfer to other files.

Reason to add/change

Honestly, theres no reason to re-grind this on other files. If this was added it’d allow to player to actually use the files since its available of use instead of an empty file. Just like Zel said, it also creates more motivation for the player to actually grind out the stats and would be an accomplishment.

Besides, you also need a butt load of materials to grind out all of these, think of alchemy XP real quick.
You onnly need 500 Regents and 1,000 Catalysts right? Which is still quite alot and is prone to messing up and losing 2, 5, or 10.
Now if you had to grind out on all six files:
You need over 3,000 regents and 6,000 catalysts which makes it demotivating to actually grind out and some players would totally be thinking of this and lose motivation to even grind it or just main a singular account and sometimes use other files if they are willing to help themselves out to transfer items.

It basically creates a better way of grinding and creates better motivation and allows the user to actually use other files. This could also make the user willing to buy themselves more file gamepasses since you could actually progress better and allow a more motivating and entertaining way of grinding without wasting time and such.

Can’t think of much since I feel like all of us would totally want an update that allows player XP to be global on other files. If you say like “it can be abused”, I got no idea what you’re trying to cook.

Also could take away ones thoughts and decisions if they should even grind it since you know, could be a waste of time, why not make it worth the grind then?

Prolly like a month ago i was thinking of making this suggestion

Listen the dark sea update made me realize that the games gonna get grindy as fuck later on might as well make it easier in some ways

Yay, that’d be a good reason to play my other files and not to think of: “oh right i don’t have good stats here cause i don’t have good gems.”

No way in hell I’m doing the brewing & jewel grinds again, so this would be a great QoL change

there is absolutely no reason for this to not be how it works.

this sounds good but in my opinion it should only apply if that file is max level

please let this be how it works. titles (only general ones, not the ones gained from being in leaderboard) and fishing log should also be included, i don’t want to do (sea name here) explorer/diver again just because i don’t have the physical item for the title although i have the badge on my roblox account

I understand that you guys want to make it easier to grind, but it just makes no sense. If you started a new file, you would immediately have the same level skills as your other files? It would lead to quick progression, especially with jewelcrafting, as you can just sell gems for quick cash and buy much later on ships. Also, it just doesn’t make sense for characters to immediately have all perfect skills. It’s supposed to be grindy.

it doesnt make sense for we to able to reset stats either you want to remove that too???

this is a game

professions are too tedious to grind on every file, and there’s nothing stopping you from transferring items/galleons from a new file to your max profession file apart from a small level req (pretty sure sending galleons doesn’t even have a level req)
