What is even the point of that many materials? Terraria has 23 ingots and most people consider that to be too many.

This just shows why minecraft is starting to hire mod developers lol.
Not gonna lie, it makes me wonder why they’re having a long time for an update when there are mods that’s similar to their goal on the update. Like legit, how caves generate and how large it’s going to be? There’s a mod that just gives that and yet they ignore it.
More thought goes into Minecraft updates than mods. Modpacks just add hundreds of ores and call it unlimited content. That doesn’t make it any more interesting. Mojang adds interesting features while keeping the vanilla minecraft feel.
Ah yes, I remember how good the bee update was and that took a lot of months despite having little content.
This seems rather overkill, although it could just be personal preference.
