How do Guilds dispute claimed islands?

As far as I know, all we know about guilds is that they exist, their artillery can’t attack players, their walls can be hopped over, and they have PvE-centric ways of gaining renown.
But also how on earth does claiming land for them work? I haven’t seen an info on this.

Do they have land disputes?
If they do, they probably won’t involve PvP, so what will they look like?
Do guilds buy land off of one another?
Is it luck?
Is there a claiming queue that moves when the claimers leave the island?
What happens when a clan tries claiming a guild’s land?
What happens if a guild blocks off key locations on an island?
Are the visitors just screwed or can they break stuff?
Is claiming just first-come-first-serve and clans that join later just have to wait for them to leave?

afaik theres no way for a guild to lose its island beside the captor leaving.
but guilds can only have a single island claimed per server.

what waping said and for this, clans and guilds won’t be in the same servers i think, all clan members are forced into clan servers
