How would we be able to fight the Minotaur and Exiled?

Would they just be random encounters like with the mini-bosses or would it be quests given by NPC’s?

A. Through the story line quest which will give you a tracker to them.
B. Just finding them just like mini-bosses and bandit camps.

They will have a 10% chance to spawn in designated locations on the map every 30 seconds. They share the same spawns as bandit camps, miniboss towers, and other structures.

I’m guessing you fight them by using weapons and magic, I mean there are like 3 logia devil fruit users in WoM left lol
