What were you doing before bug occurred: Rejoining to get a different culture for a new character

Steps to reproduce: I guess just delete a character and rejoin after making a new one.

F9 Logs ( press f9 to view them in-game): image

Basically I can’t join the game now and this appears to be rather gamebreaking.

happened to me on an alt. i deleted my character after i chose their magic and left, made a new character over it, rejoined then the game wouldnt work
