How can companies find the most obscure and discontinued pc components and hold them until 2020 in order to sell them with prebuilds?

It wasn’t even in the fucking manufacturer’s website and let me tell you, their website was buggy as fuck. After finally being able to access their discontinued page I find it.
At the time I found it there was almost NO proper guides and documentation on it other than a few unknown videos.
If I bought the PC in 2020 and this thing most likely got discontinued in 2018, how the fuck did they manage to get their hands on it? How do they manage to consistently do it as well?
