That spell type is potentially OP for spell types with good clash rates, like magma. Imagine someone uses a 20 barrage spell on you but you take no damage just by holding shift lmao
yeah. Hence using swords to stabbify them betterer
use wood magic so u can flex the cool looks too
It would be probably good for heavy magic users (EARTH FTW) who love to get in your face all the time to land those hits. Charging while falling down for some extra damage sounds cool as well.
But considering the monstrous degree of mobility now I assume it would probably be more defensive as mentioned with the idea of clashing.
use magma or acid
gud clash + big puddle + big damage
charging while falling leaves you open for a drop predict which they will almost always hit at higher skill levels, so I don’t recommend doing that. I would only do it in a good position.
