i looked this up and apparently actual gold is about as hard as your fingernail, so :woman_shrugging:

also i have gold earrings so i know from experience how soft gold can be

google search says gold is really heavy, so gold magic is probably stronger than a human sized golden block assuming both are going at the same speed

in reality its the softest or one of the softest metals on Earth

You can also count that Gold Magic could survive town destroying attacks if the user is really strong, I really doubt that normal gold can
