True, but it is too balance it, otherwise it would be too powerful since it applies Insanity. Remember that at high levels, Insanity will deal percentage damage.

First off it wouldn’t make sense for the balance of the game, second off, it does not make sense for the game, it’s not a fairy tale game anymore

Exactly so it wouldn’t fit in wom either, it’s not an element and it would be terrible for game balance especially because insanity damage is pretty high
