What were you doing before bug occurred: I was doing a defeat wizards quest, and when I came back, the NPC was sleeping and I couldn’t talk to her at all.
Steps to reproduce: Try to turn in a quest to a sleeping npc? Maybe?

I don’t know if this is related, but instead of waking up, she just disappeared/died and I got the quest reward.
