i think instant healng would be cooler and more fun for the build but HoT would be more balanced
Running a casting/travel speed build with high regen is going to be devious
It’ll probably be insta at first but get changed to over time after a few weeks with it

Multi-hit moves are going to be really strong for lifesteal.
Multihit and intensity to reduce cool downs, and casting speed to reduce end lag and make it cast faster
