the canto alone is already bat shit insane from what i see
the lore drops and animations are so fucking cool
like every encounter has it SOMEWHERE.
it started with sora at the end of part 2 and just didn’t stop.
well think about it, it’s a technique that costs zero dollars and only requires the trauma you’re guaranteed to have if you’ve gotten to this level of power, and it just gives you bonus power. Why wouldn’t you use it?
the fact that we went from like a single line of text in an uptie story to FOUR RELICS we get to see in action and hear about their lore to a degree was insane. Relics were one of those things, along with gods, the Ruins, stars, and wishes that were just extremely important to the lore but we knew basically nothing about, until now.
i do hope that there’s at least one occurence where a relic appears in the story in the hands of a sinner (not counting Canto 7)

that shit was fucking amazing
loved the character designs, personalities and how they carried themselves throughout their appearances
the lore drops surrounding ryoshu were very cool (you could say predictable at times but then again that’s just the ability of people who can read well)
the fanservice this canto was also insane with how much cool shit they dropped during the last part
genuinely so peak seeing those new kits and designs, and the Nursefathers oh my godddddd
