Only realistic counter to lord regent is either a curse, goated spirit manipulation, being theos or endgame silas, or having arcane apeothis or however you spell it.

Kinetic dosen’t matter too much here, since the real threat is abilities.
ya dw is stacked in haxes from what i recall, raw power wise AO most likely surpass them cuz island level destruction are common for curse users/mid~high tier mages iirc

Going off of lore alone, its close and we limb loss him, but deepwoken for once takes the win here.
I feel like the omen could just yank the chair away from him with sheer size, after which it’s light work
Assuming we’re going by lore strength and not ingame behavior then the Omen alone honestly solos
Remember that AO’s Omen is technically like 99% of the time bugged
Actually upon further reflection the omen could genuinely drown etris which is effectively the same as killing them in deepwoken, so omen wins no contest because the lord regent wouldn’t fight back
