Make explosion charging remove the bleed status effect

Heat can cause distortions, nosebleeds, and blisters.

Also heat magic users are resistant to the heat they create to an extent(They’re literally using it every 20 seconds). So they won’t be having nosebleeds, blisters, nor distortion.
