She sounds awesome, super excited for the fight. I wonder if she’s a curse user, or maybe she has Death or Life magic, or maybe some kind of illusion ability.
Also, I had always suspected Ruby Roger would be a Legendary Ship boss. His set-up is very similar to Trigno’s from Arcane Adventures. You first met Trigno, ship, and his crew as passive talkable NPCs at Savaria, the third main story area after Doom Island and Newground Island. Similarly, Ruby Roger, his crew, and his ship are at Frostmill, the third main story area after Redwake and Dawn Island. Trigno wanted to repair his ship, Ruby wanted to buy a new one entirely. It only makes sense that Ruby would get a boss fight since Trigno did, and this dialog 100% confirms that that’s happening to me.
i also find it interesting that there are 2 nimbus side bosses here that are gonna be revealed
obviously mizeria is one, but who is the second? it cant be ruby roger because hes more likely to be a legendary ship fight, which is a separate thing entirely
But actually the biggest scam is how they literally say they could hover there but couldn’t take back the loot
Why can NPCs fly but we can’t
Especially at tidecliff, that is the worst island I’ve ever been to and I don’t want to come back ever again
