I’d disagree, because 102 regen isn’t doing as much as you may think, especially after full release.
does max potency VIT refer to having 168 of the stat??? Why would you put anything against this??

Max potency for means enough to get the full vitality gear stats. Yes. This implies this build’s compatibility with savant
you really dont play the game
it could work but tbh you dont need that much defense when you has vitality extra hp, you could run 200-300 defense then a lot of power and agility and some regeneration

thats a lot of talk for someone who clearly has never used regen
regen is good in vitality builds only and… agility builds too if you run a lot
depends how do you play with it, what you expect? +200 hp per second?
