I think these techniques would be a great utilization of what the strength classes could be.
Lost Fighting Style Idea:
Haunting Frost: A Lost fighting style that is more Aoe based but way slower, the User can build up a status on the opponent and briefly freeze them as well as when blocking and dashing leaving a frozen figure of the User, if the opponent touches the frozen figure they are frozen. the frozen figure doesnt move.
Size:(min) 0.7x (Max) 1.3x
Speed: (min) 0.7x (Max) 1.3x
Damage: 0.8x
Armor Stats:
50% resistance
50% armor
Description: This Lost Fighting Style builds up a meter(Frost Flow) that does two things, once the meter is full the user can basically ice skate and create an ice path to move faster on, in this state the size of attacks are reduced heavily but the movement speed of the player is increased.
reasons why this would work:
reason 1: we dont really have an ice based fighting style and since they are all about reducing the distance of the Player and the Opponent there should be a fighting style that assists that.
Reason 2: an Ice based Fighting Style like this works so well for classes like warlock and Juggernaut as it allows some more creative synergies.
Reason 3: Since it’s a Lost Fighting Style it does come with alot more than i would normally give it, but that allows me to be more creative.
Technique ideas: Since i came up with a lost technique i wanted to come up with some techniques as i think the game is in need of some.
Technique: 180 strength
Shocking Barrage: Use Insane levels of Strength to enhance your punches as you leap forward letting out a barrage of mid-ranged shots that curve towards your cursor, the dmg is halved at mid-range but the opponent is slowed after use. Each shot uses stamina to use. Up close every shot would basically stun for 0.4 seconds.
Lost Technique: 280
Ping-Pong Charge: Charge up a rush to your opponent where you play Ping-Pong with the earth using them as the ball(in this charged state you take reduced dmg), you hit them up and down constantly causing them to take dmg each hit, each hit happens rapidly as they bounce off the ground. any dmg you take while charging up the technique is added to the techniques final dmg total.
Technique: 120
Afterimage Torrent: Charge up a dash punch that leaves afterimages of the player. After the player hits the opponent, each afterimage tracks the opponent landing a hit, if the player doesnt land the initial hit, the afterimages dissapear. if the player lands the initial hit multiple afterimages go after the opponent and hit them once or twice.
reasons why these techniques work:
reason: I think alot of these techniques work with the ones planned and are more complex, obviously alot of them are just dashes to the opponent but thats basically all you can come up with for techniques, but i wanted to add something special to each one allowing the players to be creative in their loadouts.
