No wonder why it was so hard for Novice Wizards to level up. They were glitched from the beginning. And I think this also occurs with Starter quests as well.
What were you doing before bug occurred: Taking a Novice quests as a Novice Wizard
Steps to reproduce: Be a Novice Wizard and accept a Novice quest. Quest Xp and crowns will get dramatically reduced.
